RESUME OF AQUATIC POOLS, INC.
Aquatic Pools, Inc. began as a partnership in June 1981 and was incorporated in January 1983. Ron Yates has been president of Aquatic Pools since its inception and is the company’s sole stockholder.
Aquatic Pools builds custom in-ground concrete pools and spas and provides service and repairs to all types of pools and spas, both residential and commercial. Aquatic Pools will build, install, repair and service these pools and spas.
No company in the industry or in the state offers their customers more types, sizes, and shapes of pools that will fit everyone’s pocketbook. The company is the exclusive dealer, in the state, for the aquatic glass dura-tech process – – the ultimate in pool and spa refinishing. We firmly believe that our sincere commitment to excellence defies the competition and we shall continue to strive to be the best. While we may forget to thank our customers verbally, we never lose sight of the fact that we are here solely because of our happy customers. As our valued customers deserve, we are committed to providing the highest level of finished products followed by enviable service. Quality customer service is our way of saying Thank You for the opportunity.
As our outstanding statewide reputation indicates, Aquatic Pools applies rigid quality standards to all of its products. High quality is without a doubt, the reason for Aquatic’s continued growth over the years. Aquatic Pools employs skilled personnel – – operating with proven machinery, accessories, and equipment that experience has proven to give the best performance and value for the investment. We have a complete commitment to service both before and after the sale for our most valuable asset, our customer. In fact, the majority of the company’s business is the result of recommendations from happy satisfied customers – – our goal is 100% customer satisfaction.
Attainment of our goal permits the realization of our motto – -“Where customers send their friends.” Customer satisfaction has been a key factor in the growth of Aquatic Pools and is a part of everything we do. The total number of pools built by us in 2001 rose for the 20th straight year. In 2002, Aquatic Pools won more Gold Awards than any other pool company in the United States. In 2003, Aquatic Pools was ranked by Pool and Spa News at number thirty among all pool builders in the United States. We build more custom designed residential and commercial pools than all of our New Mexico competitors combined.
Our bottom line is customer satisfaction. We are not the best because we are the oldest; we’re the oldest because we are the best. Give us a chance and we’re sure you’ll agree.
Aquatic Pools is committed to providing superior products with consistently prompt, accurate, professional, and friendly service. When you buy an Aquatic Pool, you will realize that we are not just another company. Our philosophy is different in that we believe you expect a high quality pool and there are a lot of pool companies out there to choose from. We firmly believe that the way we treat you is just as important as the pool you buy. In fact, we know our business depends on that. Customer satisfaction is not only our policy – – it is our business. There is no better advertising than a satisfied customer. We can make a difference.
